Mobile headlight restoration across the Medway towns — Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham and Strood — covering ME1 through ME8. We come to your address anywhere across the Medway conurbation, restoring oxidised headlights to factory-clear.
The Medway towns are densely populated with a real mix of vehicle types — family cars in residential streets, fleet vans serving the marine and industrial sectors near the river, and a lot of older cars that have been outdoors for years. We work right across all four towns and the surrounding villages, with most jobs done in under an hour on the customer's drive or in their workplace car park.
Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham, Strood, Cuxton, Halling, Wouldham, Burham, Eccles, Snodland, Aylesford, Hempstead, Walderslade, Lordswood, Capstone.
Modern headlights are made from polycarbonate plastic with a thin UV-protective coating on the outside. After a few years, that coating breaks down — leaving the lens to oxidise in the sun. The result is the cloudy, yellow or hazy look you see on most cars over 4 or 5 years old.
We don't just polish the surface. Our process removes the damaged oxidised layer entirely with multiple grades of wet-sanding, then machine-polishes the lens back to optical clarity, then seals it with a UV ceramic coating to stop the damage coming back. The sealant is included with every job as standard — most other restorers charge extra for it.
Pricing depends on the vehicle and the state of the lenses. The quickest way to get a price is to send us a couple of photos on WhatsApp — we'll get back to you within minutes with a fixed quote and the next available slot in Medway.

★★★★★"Did both lights on the wife's Picanto at our place in Rochester. Cheap as chips compared to a new headlight and you literally cannot tell. Brilliant."
